It was 10:05 a.m.  
September 1, 2022.  
The heater in the truck had just sputtered to life.  
The gravel crunched like old bones under my boots.  

Then the message came:  
**“Did you know they were coming to take the MACHINE?”**

One machine. But everything depended on it.

Production. Contracts. Stability. Morale.  
And in one cold instant, it was gone—without warning, without due process, without accountability.

Not because we failed.  
Because someone inside a multibillion-dollar corporation decided the rules didn’t apply to them.

• They caused emotional distress—and didn’t care.

• Internal chaos, no leadership.  
• A total disregard for small business consequences.  
• Indifference masked as procedure.

• Equipment seized without proper notice — possibly unlawful conversion.  
• Legal demands sent to the wrong address.  
• No default, no transparency — just aggression.  
• Bills with no documentation or agreement.
