Move up to Innovator by signing up 10 members in a week or completing a contribution challenge.

Title: Lead from the Middle. Shape the Mission.
Description:
As an Innovator, you’re more than a contributor — you’re a leader in motion. You’ll manage small teams, run campaigns, and test strategies that could scale to thousands.
What You’ll Do:
- Mentor Storytellers and track team progress.
- Help design recruitment and action initiatives.
- Get first-look access to new campaigns and tools.
What You’ll Gain:
- $1.00 per member you recruit, plus team bonuses.
- Recognition, priority status, and influence in decision-making.
- A direct path to become a Trailblazer.

Qualify as a Trailblazer by consistently recruiting 20 members/week for 2 weeks, or by leading a successful campaign.
